The boiler is a new type of boiler which adopts clean combustion technology, with the typical characteristics of high combustion efficiency and low pollution, and it is optimum designed based on the experience of other biomass fuel fired boiler and corner tube boiler.

The palm waste fired boiler is arranged with single drum, concentrated downcomer, natural circulation and four-return arrangement. The furnace adopts the membrane wall, the reciprocating grate is placed at the bottom of the furnace. The second return is shaft cavity channel. The high, medium and low temperature superheaters and evaporator are placed in the third return. The bare-tube economizer and tubular air preheater are placed in the shaft channel of fourth return.
